We analyse the entire process chain from obtaining information and buying travel services to the settlement process and reporting/controlling. We mirror current best practice and devise an appropriate plan, incorporating the latest e-solutions (e.g. online booking). Together with the client, we then implement the optimised, market-oriented processes.
